FAQ

Will this item shrink?

Shrinkage is most likely in 100% cotton items. However, almost everything shrinks a little. A big factor in whether your items will shrink is in the way you wash them. If you wash your items on hot and dry them on hot your long sleeve t-shirt will most likely end up as a quarter sleeve belly shirt. That’s probably not what you were going for, but if it is, no worries, we won't judge.

Can I return this if it doesn't fit?

We try to do all we can to get the right sizes so that you don’t run into the problem of an item not fitting. We look at spec sheets, and let you try items on if we have the item in stock. If you do order an item and it doesn’t fit, we unfortunately aren’t able to send it back because of the custom work that has been done to it. We would be more than happy to help you create another order with the correct size and get another one printed for you though!

Will the screen printing last a long time?

It will! Screen printing will last the entire lifetime of the shirt.

Can I pay when I pick up?

Because your order is custom work we are on a prepayment system. However, we do have you approve your order before we accept payment. The approval can be in person, over the phone, or over email. In the approval process, we make sure we have the correct items, sizes and that the artwork is just how you want it on your items.

How much do shirts cost?

Your cost will be mainly influenced by three things, the quality or type of item you choose, the quantity you wish to print, and the complexity of the artwork. You can either email us or give us a call and we would be happy to get you a quote.

What is a setup?

The setup fee is the cost that goes towards burning your artwork into one of our screens and setting up your job which is a pretty complicated process. We do waive a setup for every 12 items you order through us in the same design.

How do I place and order?

You can place an order in person, through email, or over the phone. The more details you have nailed down before you come in the easier it will be for us to help you place your order quickly. This is especially true when it comes to sizes, as they are the one thing we really can't help you decide on. As for the rest of the process, if you haven't decided already, we'd love to help you choose a design, the right item for you, and colors.

Worried? Don't be! We are more than happy to walk you through the process! 😁

What is turn around time like?

Our normal turnaround time is 8-10 business days after you approve and pay for your order.

Can I get it faster? Rush order?

If you need your order faster than our normal turnaround time we can apply a rush fee. The rush fee price changes depending on how many items you are needing and when you need to pick up your order. Please feel free to give us a call and we can discuss what we can do for you!

What kind of items can we get?

We can get a lot of different items in! If you have an idea of what you’re looking for then we would be more than happy to give you some suggestions. On the other hand, if you are just wanting to browse around, then you can check out these two websites that are full of items we can get in, Company Casuals and Sportswear Collection

How does children's sizing work?

Children's sizes come in xsmall, small, medium, and large. If you’re not sure what size you need then we can send you the spec sheet for the item you are looking to get. Normally the spec sheets for children sizing is by age so that’s a little unfortunate but we’ll help you the best we can!

What does 'pre-shrunk' mean?

Shrinking occurs in products that contain cotton. Pre-shrunk means different things depending on the shirt. Generally it means that the shirt is manufactured slightly larger than it is intended to fit. That way after the customer washes the item it will be the correct size. This can be a bit confusing when you are initially purchasing your items. In general just choose the size you normally would, it is not necessary to go a size up or down due to the shrinkage.

What is DTG printing?

DTG stands for Direct TO Garment. This is a print process that is a bit more similar to a printer you might have at home with a head that goes back and forth over the shirt printing each color. The system we have cannot print white which means that we can only print on light colored shirts. We really love the way these prints turn out, especially when printing earthy tones.
